transcosmos establishes Transcosmos Financial Holdings as the Group's Treasury Center and more

Building capabilities to support the growth of transcosmos' global businesses


1st August 2023. transcosmos, inc. has established Transcosmos Financial Holdings in Singapore to serve as the Group's financial and treasury center. Accordingly, Transcosmos Financial Holdings is given the responsibility to:

  • Control over various subsidiaries finances, including the ability to pool/sweep excess cash to optimize the groups operation;

  • Lead the Investment Committee tasked with existing and future investments;

  • Manage the group’s interest rate, foreign exchange, and credit risk;

  • Centralize finance, treasury, and accounting systems to drive efficiency and accountability; and

  • Other responsibilities as the Transcosmos group’s needs evolve over time


TCFH's Functions

Transcosmos Financial Holdings' Group Treasury Function encompasses cash and risk management to optimize the group's financial resources. By centralizing these functions, the company is able to reduce risk while enhancing visibility and liquidity across the Group.


Transcosmos Financial Holdings' Investment Management Function comprises of a team of experienced financial markets professionals tasked with managing the Group's investment portfolio to optimize its risk-adjusted returns.


Transcosmos Financial Holdings' Corporate Strategy Function works with the Group companies to develop tailored strategies that align with their business objectives. Accounting for factors such as market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape, Transcosmos Financial Holdings provides strategic guidance that drives long-term success.
